NICKEL – COPPER – PGE

Moora, Western Australia.
The Moora Project is located ~150km north of Perth Western Australia within the Jimperding Metamorphic Belt which forms the south-western margin to the Yilgarn Craton. It consists of three Exploration Licences and covers an area of ~430km².
This project lies within a similar geological setting to the Julimar nickel-copper-PGE discovery by Chalice Mining which highlighted the untested nickel-copper-PGE potential of this margin of the Yilgarn Craton. Strong magnetic responses similar to those associated with the Julimar discovery are being targeted.
Gravity surveying in 2022 upgraded targets at the Latham and Wubin prospect highlighting potential for mafic/ultramafic intrusions similar to the Gonneville intrusion at Julimar which hosts the Ni-Cu-PGE mineralisation.
Reconnaissance RC Drilling completed at Latham in2023 intersected a fractionated mafic intrusive with evidence of ultramafic lithologies below the upper ferro-gabbro unit. Modelling of magnetic and gravity data is in progress to define the basal sections of this intrusive where Ni-Cu-PGEs are most likely to accumulate.
This project is subject to the SAA with a subsidiary of South32 Limited.
