(100% AQD – Subject to S32 Strategic Alliance)

Balladonia ,Western Australia.

The Balladonia Project is subject to the Strategic Alliance with South32.

The Balladonia Project is located ~60km south of the Nova–Bollinger nickel-copper deposit and consists of four Exploration Licences covering an area of ~940 km².

The project occurs within a structurally complex region of the Fraser Range Terrain and is centred above a deep regional gravity anomaly (~30 milligals) thought to reflect buried mafic-ultramafic rocks similar to those that host the Nova-Bollinger deposit. Most of the tenements are located within the Dundas Nature Reserve.

At least 12 mafic intrusions with similar magnetic expressions to known gabbroic intrusions within the Fraser Range area have been interpreted from the aeromagnetic data. They are relatively strike extensive (ranging from 2 to 6km) and are associated with inferred NE and NW structures that cross-cut the area.

Under the strategic alliance, reconnaissance HPEM surveys running parallel to the strike of these targets have been planned to test for massive nickel sulphide mineralisation ahead of possible drilling. Access approvals have been received to allow this work to commence. It is expected that EM survey work will take one or two months to complete.
